Ankara Tourism Association Officially Launched to Boost City’s Tourism Potential
Ankara, January 19 – The Ankara Tourism Association has officially commenced its operations, aiming to develop Ankara’s tourism potential, strengthen collaboration within the sector, and support a sustainable approach to tourism. The association seeks to bring together industry representatives operating in tourism-related fields, including accommodation, food and beverage, culture, arts, and destination management, under a common roof.
First Board Meeting Held with Key Industry Leaders
The association’s inaugural board meeting was held under the leadership of Founding President Berker Bülbüloğlu. Key participants included Dr. Hakan Arslan (JW Marriott Hotel Ankara), Kılıç Ali Kantar (Lugal, A Luxury Collection Hotel Ankara & Sheraton Ankara), Ferah Diba Yağan (Ankara HiltonSA), Uğur Bür (Crowne Plaza Ankara), Melih Torlak (Turkish Airlines), Mustafa Fethi Gürbüz (Serenas Group), Barış Tekin (Walk Inn Gastronomi), Yudum Kaya (Valör Turizm), Ultra Turizm, and Göksu Lokantaları.
