House Fire in Ankara’s Nallıhan District Claims One Life

Ankara, February 6 – A house fire in Beycik Village, Nallıhan district of Ankara, resulted in one fatality on Thursday afternoon. The blaze, which erupted on the top floor of a three-story residence, was brought under control by fire crews, but unfortunately, one person was found dead inside the building.

Emergency Services Responded Promptly

The fire started around 5:30 PM in the house belonging to H.M. (56). Local residents who witnessed flames rising from the building immediately alerted emergency services. Gendarmerie, health, and fire teams were dispatched to the scene without delay. The flames quickly spread throughout the apartment, prompting an intense intervention from the fire department.

Victim Identified as H.M.

According to reports from Demirören News Agency (DHA), firefighters worked diligently to bring the inferno under control. Although the fire was eventually extinguished, the house was rendered uninhabitable. During a subsequent inspection of the burned apartment, the lifeless body of H.M., who was trapped inside, was discovered by the teams.

Investigation Launched into the Incident

Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the fire. Further details regarding the circumstances surrounding the blaze and the victim’s death are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses. The incident has cast a somber mood over Beycik Village.
