The lottery for the homes to be built in Ankara is generating significant excitement among residents, with beneficiaries set to be determined today.
Lottery Excitement for 31,073 Families in Ankara
As part of the largest social housing initiative in the history of the Republic, which aims to provide 500,000 homes, the lottery schedule is progressing as planned. In Ankara, the beneficiaries for the new homes will be determined today through a lottery process. This process, which will see 31,073 families acquire new homes, is being broadcast live on TOKİ’s official YouTube channel and social media accounts.
First Deliveries Expected in March 2027
The beneficiaries for the 31,073 housing units in Ankara are expected to be announced at a ceremony on Tuesday, March 3rd. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is anticipated to attend this ceremony.
The distribution of housing units across Ankara’s districts under the project is as follows:
- Ankara city center (Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Mamak, Pursaklar, and Sincan): 21,780 units
- Sincan Temelli: 4,000 units
- Polatlı: 1,500 units
- Beypazarı: 750 units
- Çubuk and Elmadağ: 500 units each
- Kahramankazan: 300 units
- Nallıhan: 200 units
- Nallıhan Çayırhan: 100 units
- Şereflikoçhisar and Çamlıdere: 200 units each
- Güdül: 142 units
- Bala: 110 units
- Evren: 41 units
- Akyurt, Ayaş, Haymana, Kalecik, and Kızılcahamam: 150 units each
The initial deliveries of these homes are planned for this year in the earthquake-affected regions, and in other cities, including Ankara, by March 2027.
Affordable Payment Options and Housing Types
Under the campaign, the homes will be offered with a 10 percent down payment and maturity options extending up to 240 months. The project includes a variety of housing types:
- 200,000 units of 80 square meters (2+1)
- 150,000 units of 65 square meters (2+1)
- 150,000 units of 55 square meters (1+1)
Lottery Results Accessible via e-Devlet
Following the completion of the lottery draw, the finalized lists of names will be notarized and made accessible via the e-Devlet Gateway in the evening. Beneficiaries will be informed about the next steps, including contract signing and payment procedures, based on the lottery results.
