Meteorology Issues New Warning for April 6: Heavy Rainfall Expected Across Turkey
Istanbul, April 6 – The Turkish State Meteorological Service (MGM) has released its latest weather report for April 6, predicting widespread showers and thunderstorms across several regions of Turkey. According to the report, a significant amount of rainfall is expected in various provinces, with specific warnings issued for the Aegean, Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, and Southeastern Anatolia regions.
The forecast indicates that most of the country will experience partly to very cloudy conditions. Intermittent rain and showers, occasionally accompanied by thunderstorms, are anticipated in the Mediterranean region (excluding Antalya’s coastal areas), the Eastern Black Sea, the western parts of Eastern Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia, and the provinces of Aydın, Muğla, Denizli, Uşak, Konya, Karaman, Niğde, Sivas, and Şırnak.

Marmara Region: The Marmara region is expected to be partly cloudy with scattered clouds. Fog and mist are forecast for the morning and night hours across the region.
