Ankara, April 18 – A head-on collision between an ambulance and a light commercial vehicle in Ankara’s Sincan district yesterday evening resulted in four injuries. The accident occurred at the intersection of Polatlı Street and Nergis Street in Akşemsettin Mahallesi.

The ambulance, driven by G.A. and bearing license plate 06 BBZ 108, was reportedly transporting a patient when it collided head-on with a light commercial vehicle, license plate 06 FVD 481, whose driver’s identity has not yet been released. The force of the impact sent both vehicles skidding for several meters.

Upon notification from passers-by, police and medical teams were immediately dispatched to the scene. Preliminary checks by health personnel confirmed that a passenger in the commercial vehicle, G.A., the ambulance driver M.Y., a health professional on duty, and the patient being transported in the ambulance were all injured.
