Capital Increases and Decreases
- AGESA: The company’s registered capital ceiling increase from 500 million TL to 3 billion TL was approved at the General Assembly.
- FENER: The company’s registered capital ceiling increase from 6.2 billion TL to 31.2 billion TL was approved at the General Assembly.
- VKGYO: The company’s capital was decided to be increased from 3.5 billion TL to 4.4 billion TL, with a 27.54% bonus issue of 950 million TL.

- ARMGD: It was announced that 588.2 million TL of the funds obtained from the public offering were used for investments, and 800 million TL were used for working capital.
- ALGYO: It was announced that all shares of Mosalarko OJSC, wholly owned by the company, will be sold to Alsim Alarko for 26.3 million dollars.
- AKHAN: The company announced sales of 3.9 million dollars.

- EKGYO: Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between the company, Fenerbahçe Sports Club, and Akfin Gayrimenkul, the contract for the Istanbul Ataşehir Küçükbakkalköy Land Sale in Return for Revenue Sharing was signed with the Contractor, and the total sales revenue in return for land sale was announced as 30.0 billion TL.
- GLYHO: Global Ports Holding announced that the number of ships arriving at its ports in February increased by 10% and passenger movements increased by 18% compared to the same period in 2025.
- GLYHO: Global Ports Holding announced that the new cruise terminal built at the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria cruise port in Spain has been completed and put into service.
- HRKET: The company announced that it acquired all shares of Hareket S.R.L. for 2,000 Euros.
