  • Sındırgı (Balıkesir): This region experienced multiple tremors throughout the morning, with magnitudes ranging from 1.2 to 2.1. The strongest, a 2.1 magnitude quake, occurred at 06:43 at a depth of 10.03 km.
  • Black Sea – [05.78 km] Görele (Giresun): A 1.8 magnitude earthquake was detected at 07:43, with a depth of 6.42 km.
  • Merkez (Çorum): Two tremors, magnitudes 1.0 and 1.4, were reported at 07:05 and 06:20, both at a depth of 7.00 km. Another, stronger quake of 2.2 magnitude hit at 05:00 at the same depth.
  • Mediterranean Sea: A 2.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 04:14, with a depth of 9.46 km.

Kandilli Rasathanesi also provided a comprehensive list of recent earthquakes, corroborating many of AFAD’s findings and adding further details:

  • Bayraklı-Sındırgı (Balıkesir): Two quakes, 1.3 and 1.7 magnitude, occurred at 08:50 and 08:25, at depths of 5.00 km and 16.10 km respectively.
  • Ilıcak-Akçadağ (Malatya): A 1.2 magnitude earthquake was reported at 08:04, at a depth of 7.20 km.
  • Koyunoğlu-Alaca (Çorum): A 2.4 magnitude tremor was recorded at 08:00, with a depth of 2.00 km.
  • Southern Lesbos Island (Aegean Sea): A 1.6 magnitude earthquake occurred at 07:53, at a depth of 3.60 km.
  • Yaylacık-Sındırgı (Balıkesir): A 2.6 magnitude earthquake was reported at 07:38, at a depth of 11.70 km.
  • Gulf of Gökova (Aegean Sea): A 1.0 magnitude quake was detected at 07:19, at a depth of 12.20 km.
  • Offshore Cyprus – South – (Mediterranean): A 2.7 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 07:14, at a depth of 20.30 km.
