Graduation Ceremony at International Istanbul Haseki Religious Higher Specialization Center

Istanbul, Turkey – The International Istanbul Haseki Religious Higher Specialization Center (Uluslararası İstanbul Haseki Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezi) held its 38th graduation ceremony with significant participation. The graduates successfully completed a 30-month education program, marking a new chapter in their religious education and service.

Haseki Tradition Continues Strong

The program commenced with the Turkish National Anthem, followed by a recitation from the Holy Quran. Muhammet Emin Kılıç, Director of the Religious Higher Specialization Center, delivered the opening speech. Kılıç emphasized that the Haseki tradition continues strongly, centered on knowledge, wisdom, and service.

Kaan Sarıgül, speaking on behalf of the graduating students, shared his feelings and thoughts regarding the intensive educational journey. During the speeches, the significance of religious education and its development process in Turkey were highlighted.

Role of Specialization Training in Religious Services

Metin Akbaş, General Director of Religious Services of the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı), attended the program as a guest. He drew attention to the crucial role of specialized training in enhancing the quality of religious services provided to the community.

Awards and Recognition for Graduates

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates and various gifts to the top-ranking students and all graduates. The event ended with prayers and a collective photo session, capturing the joyous occasion.

Distinguished Guests in Attendance

The program saw the participation of several prominent figures, including Istanbul Deputy Governor Halil Avşar, Pendik District Governor Mehmet Yıldız, directors of Kocaeli Religious Higher Specialization Center and Istanbul Anatolian Religious Specialization Center, assistant provincial muftis, district muftis, Haseki Foundation President İbrahim Ciminli and foundation members, faculty members from Marmara and Medeniyet Universities, educators, students, and their families.

This graduation ceremony underscores the ongoing commitment to religious education and the development of qualified personnel to serve the spiritual needs of the community in Turkey.
