- Varesh Airlines (Iran): Launched scheduled passenger flights on the Tehran (THR)-Istanbul route from June 3.
- Fly Kish (Iran): Also began scheduled passenger services on the Tehran (THR)-Istanbul route on June 3. These flights are planned for two frequencies per week and are expected to significantly increase passenger capacity on this route.
- Basra Airlines (Iraq): Scheduled to begin operations on the Baghdad (BGW)-Istanbul route with five frequencies per week from June 12.
