According to allegations, Harun Ş. initially called his wife and mother-in-law, who were inside the house, and threatened them. “For six months, I have been receiving threatening messages day and night. I’ve constantly been scared with phrases like ‘Today you will die, your death will be by my hand.’ I can’t even go out my door alone.”
Attack Despite Restraining Order
Sümeyra Ş. mentioned that a restraining order against her husband had just been renewed on the day of the incident. Shortly after returning home, the attack occurred. She stated that the assailant sent her a message calling her outside, and then sent her a video of him burning her car.

“I Want Him to Receive the Harshest Punishment”
Sümeyra Ş. revealed that the assailant had sent her messages before the incident, stating, “Tonight will be your last peaceful night.” Regarding the judicial process, she added:
“I do not want to appear in the news as a victim of femicide. I want him to receive the harshest punishment. If he is released, my life will be in danger.”
