Men’s Handball Super League: Regular Season Concludes, Play-off and Play-out Stages Set
Ankara, March 8 – The regular season of the Men’s Handball Super League concluded today with five matches played across various locations. The 26th and final week saw teams battling for crucial positions ahead of the highly anticipated play-off and play-out stages.
The results of the matches played are as follows:
- Köyceğiz Belediyespor-Güneysuspor: 21-36
- Altınpost Giresunspor-Spor Toto: 34-33
- İstanbul Gençlik-Rize Belediyespor: 46-33
- Trabzon Büyükşehir Belediyespor-Ankara Hentbol: 45-27
- Mihalıççık Belediyespor-Beykoz Belediyespor: 36-38
These results have finalized the standings for the regular season, determining which teams will compete for the championship and which will fight to avoid relegation.

Note: According to the Turkish Handball Federation Competition Regulations, all matches of Depsaş Enerji As, which withdrew from the league, have been removed from the scoring system.
Note 2: Ankara Hentbol team had 2 points deducted for not presenting a license in the match played against Rize Belediyespor.
Play-off and Play-out Stages
Following the conclusion of the regular season, the Men’s Handball Super League will proceed to the “Play-off and Play-out” stages.
The play-off stage matches will be played by the top 6 teams in the regular season, following a double-round robin home-and-away league system. The team that finishes first in the play-off stage will be crowned champion.
The team that finishes 13th in the league stage will be directly relegated without participating in the play-out stage. The other teams that did not qualify for the play-off stage will play in the play-out stage, also following a double-round robin home-and-away league system.
At the end of the play-out stage, the last 3 teams, along with the 13th placed team from the regular season, making a total of 4 teams, will be relegated to the Men’s 1st League.
