The three-day operation, which concluded recently, saw the examination of 751 butchers and a total of 10,514 products.

During these rigorous controls, authorities identified 86 instances of violations, leading to the imposition of administrative monetary penalties on the businesses involved. Furthermore, 615 cases have been referred to the Unfair Price Assessment Board, escalating the process to a legal dimension.
