Istanbul, June 19 – A fire erupted on the roof of a residential building in the Atakent Mahallesi, 4th Cadde, in Istanbul’s Küçükçekmece district. The incident, which occurred at an 11-story building within a 9-block complex, led to the hospitalization of 10 individuals due to smoke inhalation, while another person sustained injuries after jumping from the first floor to escape the blaze.

The fire, the cause of which remains unknown, was reported to authorities, prompting a swift response from fire, health, and police teams. Firefighters were dispatched to the scene immediately and successfully brought the blaze under control.

Emergency Response and Casualties

Upon arrival, emergency services provided initial medical attention to those affected.
