Istanbul, February 16 – A traffic dispute in Sultangazi on the evening of February 14th resulted in a driver being assaulted by a group of four individuals. The incident, which occurred in the Sultançiftliği neighborhood, was captured on mobile phone cameras by bystanders.
According to reports, the driver of a moving car became embroiled in an argument with local residents for an unknown reason. The verbal altercation quickly escalated into a physical confrontation, with the driver being pulled from his vehicle and subsequently beaten by four people. The brawl was eventually broken up by passersby, who intervened to separate the combatants. The assaulted driver was then helped back into his car and left the scene.

On the same day, a separate incident of public violence unfolded in a cafe in the Uğur Mumcu neighborhood. A dispute between two groups inside the establishment rapidly turned into a chaotic brawl. Despite the arrival of police units, the individuals involved continued to attack each other, using chairs as weapons. This violent confrontation was also recorded by bystanders on their mobile phones.
