Ankara, February 19, 2026 – TAV Airports, a global leader in airport operations, has released its 2025 financial and operational results, showcasing a robust performance with a 6% increase in passenger traffic, serving a total of 113 million passengers. The company’s revenue reached 1.8 billion Euros, with EBITDA at 560 million Euros, marking a strong year for its 25th anniversary.

Operational and Financial Highlights

TAV Airports reported serving 75 million international passengers and 38 million domestic passengers in 2025. This strong growth performance was underpinned by strategic investments and operational efficiencies across its portfolio.

  • Revenue: Increased by 10% to 1.823 billion Euros.
  • EBITDA: Grew by 14% to 560 million Euros.
  • Free Cash Flow: Saw a 44% rise to 223 million Euros.

The Board of Directors has decided to propose a dividend distribution of 1.3 billion Turkish Liras, equivalent to 50% of the IFRS net profit for 2025, for approval at the General Assembly.

Geographical Diversification and Resilience

Serkan Kaptan, a key executive, highlighted that international passenger traffic grew by 6% and domestic traffic by 8% in 2025. He emphasized that airports outside Turkey experienced a 9% growth, underscoring the resilience provided by the company’s geographically diversified portfolio.

New Era for Antalya and Ankara Airports

The new terminal building at Antalya Airport has significantly enhanced capacity and service quality. TAV will operate Antalya Airport until 2052. Similarly, investments at Ankara Esenboğa Airport have been completed, marking the commencement of a new concession period that will run until 2050. This new operational phase has already led to a substantial increase in international passenger numbers, particularly in Ankara.

Expansion in Central Asia and the Caucasus

Almaty Airport, which has seen its passenger traffic double in the last four years, has initiated a second-phase investment program worth 315 million Euros. Furthermore, the operating period for Tbilisi Airport has been extended until the end of 2031, with planned investments set to increase its capacity to over 10 million passengers. Construction of a new international terminal is also underway at Medina Airport.

Commitment to Sustainability and Carbon Neutrality

TAV Airports has completed renewable energy investments in Bodrum and Izmir, with 30% of these airports’ electricity needs now met by solar energy. Kaptan noted that all airports have been included in the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) program, marking a significant step towards achieving the goal of becoming carbon-neutral by 2030.

2026 Outlook

For 2026, TAV Airports anticipates serving between 116 and 123 million passengers, with an expected EBITDA of 590 to 650 million Euros, and capital expenditures below 330 million Euros. The projected 2026 EBITDA is set to surpass the company’s historical peak of 573 million Euros achieved in 2018.
