Parked Car Engulfed in Flames in Sancaktepe
Istanbul, May 20 – A parked car in the Abdurrahmangazi neighborhood of Sancaktepe district in Istanbul was engulfed in flames on Wednesday evening. The incident occurred on Güleryüz Street, in an open parking lot of a building. The fire, whose cause is yet unknown, rapidly spread and consumed the vehicle.
Emergency Services Respond to the Blaze
Upon notification from nearby residents, fire and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters quickly began efforts to extinguish the blaze. During the intervention, several explosions occurred within the vehicle, which were captured on mobile phones by onlookers.
