Minister Gürlek highlighted that the recruitment initiative follows an announcement by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. “As announced by our esteemed President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we are further strengthening our justice organization, and we are adding 15,000 new colleagues to our family,” Gürlek stated.
Distribution of New Personnel
The new personnel will be distributed across various departments within the Ministry of Justice. Specifically:
- 8,000 contracted personnel will be employed in courthouses.
- 6,100 personnel will be assigned to the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses.
- 900 enforcement clerks will be employed in enforcement offices.
This strategic allocation is intended to significantly boost the operational capacity of both central and provincial justice organizations.
